Hello, we are looking for a Sales Manager. You would be head of sales. First, you must have a full resume and cover letter email/fax to us. This is a must so that we know you are serious.

Now that we have that covered, we need someone who will go all the way. This includes making decisions while selling plans so that we all still make money but also make the customer happy. You would be selling shared hosting, reseller hosting and dedicated servers. These are all Linux.

You need to find locations that will be lucrative advertising solutions and keep up with message boards. You would answer sales inquires via Live Support (you can initiate the connection with PHPLive), Email, and our ticket support system.

You must be willing to be a very involved member in the company and be available for a lot of time (just be able to be online and working on this). You must also fit the following requirements:

-Live in the US
-Have a telephone number (of your own)
-Have messanger clients (AIM, MSN, ICQ, etc)
-Be over 16 years old (this is not a must if you show us proof you really are qualified)

The pay will work out to be the following:

-1-10 clients: 35% reoccuring (for the life of the plan)
-10-20 clients: 35% reoccuring (for the life of the plan) and free hosting (300 MB space, 5 GB bandwidth)
-20+ clients: we can work out salary and free hosting and more!

Signups must happen a lot. You can't get 10 clients over a 12 month period. Also, you will be the SOLE SALES MANAGER. This is an important role in the company. After 10 clients, you will be moved up to this position of Sr. Sales Manager. This means you are in charge of all resellers and sales. We will still oversee all but you will run that department.

I don't mean to be rude or anything, but why will you accept a 16 year old to lead a sales team. I don't think hiring a 16 year old or younger is smart business move to make for that job title. Even for reselling hosting. I think with the enomicy as it is its a high risk to take a very high one.

Well, I am only 17 at this point. I started my own company and I have been very successful. Usually, younger people are very hard workers if they are interested in what they are doing. Also, many of the smartest people in computers today are under 18.

I have a friend who was just hired by the FBI to do computer scans on computers that they bring in. They have him scan the entire hard drive and pull up whatever he can find.

It's amazing what can be accomplished at such a young age. I don't know, this is my opinion and since I am running the company, I guess it's my choice. :)
