The upper right frame with the banner has both horizontal and vertical scroll bars. I'm guessing that your use of tables to arange the logo and the affiliats has added more pixels than you thought that they would.

The borders between the frames show white rather than the light blue background color you use.

I tried to change the scroll bar color and it put the entire page in the content frame. And the scrollbars didn't change color.

My main impression is that some cleaning up is needed.

ok here goes:

1)That text on the left the stuff thats bobing up and down is Distracting
2)Turn off the Scroll Bar for that top frame
3)Fix the javascript error

i will not give it a rating out of 10 though.

Yup, I too got TEXT LAG after watching the bounce. Thats too weird.

I would put your signup stuff at the top some where else to get rid of the top scroll bar.

In your updates? What happen to the forums? You didnt finish

All in all pretty good.

Alittle slow at loading, top frame needs to be dropped slightly as I`m getting a scroll bar when it isn`t needed (IE), it seems very child like but that could be that I`m an oldie and also the theme of the site...lol. :)
