What's the latest news on Virtual Avenue? I found them through the searches but couldn't find and recent reviews. I am looking for a stable host for a less than 20Meg web site.

you could try f2s.com, they offer 20mb mysql, cgi, and other weird stuff, but they're a little slow. However, they seem to be pretty popular around here.

i happen to like digitalrice.com, they offer 25mb, cgi and some other stuff, but they're faster than f2s.com

I have a small site on VirtualAve. They have been fairly good. Almost always up and fairly fast. There has been some postings that they are requiring a credit card to sign up now. Search through some recent threads.

Hypermart requires a credit card on signup and will charge you money if you go over the 50mb space limit or 500mb transfer limit. Virtualave is owned by the same company as Hypermart, so I guess they need a credit card too.
