NEED much space, cgi,ftp,an if possible : no ads

I'm looking for 4 days for a good webspaceprovider, but I was not abel to find one with the things I need.
So I NEED YOUR HELP :
Do you know a webhoster, who can givr me the following:
Space more than 300 MB (unlimited would be great - but no MUST)
Upload :FTP
No Advertising (But a small deal about a link is possible)
Features CGI-BIN (additional PHP3 would be great, too)

So - If you've got an idea, or if you're a hoster and have a smart idea, how we could realize that, let me know:sincerly with many greetings

in this time of days... don't even think of no ads free host.....
but anyway... even with ads... you won't be able to find one. May be you should try a paid host such as worldzonepro.net which is very cheap
