I need the following things:

Space more than 300 MB (unlimited would be great - but no MUST)
Upload :FTP
No Advertising (But a small deal about a link is possible)
Features CGI-BIN (additional PHP3 would be great, too)

Of course I will add some cool advertise to my site or an information like :
"powered by <YOUR COMPANY> Hosting" or s.th. like that.

hi - well there are currently not more than 500 megs / per month.
But The 3 Projects are just in the beginning - or not totally started.
If you're interested, so we can have a deal - if there are more than "XX" GB traffic, then I will pay you for the more on traffic.
But for the next time - the traffic won't be more than 2 GB - I think.

Well, what are the "3 projects"??

well - here is an overview of the projects:
- private portfolio (with data-xchange), online game, board, gallerie of my screenworks...
- wassup24:
partyguide for young people.
- developersite of our gamegroup - we're a 8-person coder team and we program a totally new role-play-game (something like diablo) - at the website there will be mainly brand new information about the current status and previews (PR-related)
