I find I can't reach my site, which is hosted by valcato.net. Also I can't reach valcato.net's homepage too. Is valcato.net closed??

Not that I have heard. How long has the site been down? It might be just a temporary hiccup. Let's hope so for your sake :)

Update: www.grinster.net is hosted with them and is working fine.

When I say we're working on it, I dont mean we're working on the server, I mean we're working on getting somebody at dedicatednow to press a reboot button.

Five different people have said "geez thats bad i'll go reboot it now", nobody has.
