heha.net is a Hong Kong company, and they've stopped signups a long time ago, they're slow, and they've got pop-ups.

http://www.dacities.com has lots of great features at a price of banners on every single html page.

Actually, I don't think you can use email of any kind. In other words, they're as good as dead.

He he..I signed up with wawp.com a while ago, and moved my site to them today since gcsnet.net is down, and clawz.com seems to be constantly down as well, and my hypermart account is all messed, and I haven't signed up for a f2s account...where have all the good fwp's gone? Hell, if tripod cgi works I might use them, since my page will be cloaked and all, no ad will show up...Oh yeah, hope netcabins comes back up soon...

Bigsitecity - Tried em, fast I believe. Might use them if they had cgi. Banner would be better if it was for something else other than themselves.

Digital Avatar - Signed up. Do they have cgi? Doesn'

Dacities - Instead of saying sign-ups are down, I get the message "This email is banned from our servers".

That's whay I meant by the signups are down. They don't allow any kind of domain names as your email address, so that's the same thing as the sign up form being down.
