what is wrong? what is good?

Try using a 'nice' font, like verdana or arial. The site is also very muddled up, i don't know where to look first. Try making a definate menu.

try slowing down that scroller. Add a 1px border to all your tables (so there is no cell spacing). Use different colors.

Yes it does look alittle messy IMHO, your scroller is very fast, not sure whats going on in the center of the site with the single announcement maybe announce something as right now it looks lost, a menu system to the right would look alot better and then move your other content to fit in right now it looks jumbled up, sorry to come down on your work but I`m sure you can improve on what you have making it clearer to your visitors. :)

I will slow down sroller and I think is good to move menu in right or left side.

I change the layout.
I move the menu bar in right, i slow down the scroller.
