I agree the font needs to be larger. I can see the pink script if I squint. Nice job otherwise.

Overall, it's pretty nice, but the navigation doesn't really fit together.

I removed the flash and ad and use a new hosting.

I agreed that the font on the logo is a little bit small.
Will change that later.

that picture you have seems to slow things down alittle when I hit your site, maybe you should split it up into afew parts for faster loading, as for the banner IMHO the colour and look of it just don`t sit right with the rest of the site it tends to take your eye from the rest of the site. hope that helps in some way. :)
