script to offer free web space?

web home free won't work because it can't find cgi-lib.pl in C:\Perl\lib...

are there any other free easy to set up ones? i need to set one up for surfsites.net... by the way it is a windows server

I offer free webspace with a script I use. Its called elite web page builder. I can assign how much disk space, cgi access, SSI, etc. All the good stuff. Try elitehosts.com if its still there.
