At this moment i am feared about the future of free webhosts. There is a news about nbci shutdown. So who you think as most stable?

Any free webhost that relies on ads to survive (meaning most of them) is in some danger.

F2S seems likely to stick around. They don't make any of their money from advertising, and so they aren't affected at all by the falling ad revenues that are killing other hosts.

Yeah. Can't call f2s servers stable though.
NBCI is a blow. I thought the big and rich (I thought they were) like NBCI, Angelfire and a few more would last for always. It's the beginning of HailStorm I tell you. BG is behind it all.

Maybe YUPAPA will prove to be the most stable. Or the web will be driven by all the small, cheap paid services that pop up now. Why not? I could live with that as long as they are really cheap and there still remain some free companies so every person that wants to can put a page up. :(

I can call the ones I'm on stable. Almost no downtime, and fairly fast. Ah, I'm glad I signed up there more than a year ago, instead of getting stuck on the newer servers... :D

barrysworld.com in combination with freesql.org is the best pair :D I use it ;)

Like everybody's suggesting, F2S is your best choice for feature-loaded no ads host. My server (26, older) is pretty quick too.

Now that Yahoo! is living off of pr0n revenues, your GeoCities account will likely be around for another few years.
