Let me add that while it is possible to run ASP on a Unix server, it's recommend to use a Windows Server should ASP play an important part in the development of your website. As well as success.

Emulation is legal. A lot of trashy websites out there offering roms, warez pop ups, it's the stuff that people want to avoid.

Things like Bleem! that Sony released was a paid emulator * thus will not be offered for download ) or VGS ( bought and discoutinued by Sony )

Lots of open source out there. It's not emulation that's illegal, it's ROMs.
