godaddy does not provide url redirection. you should use a free one like powerdns.com
also I advise namecheap.com

Godaddy is great, and they do provide url redirection. It's just you have to pay $5.95 a year for url redirection with masking. Never tried their support, but i'm sure you know they're very cheap.
Cheeky domains is also good, I use them too - even cheaper than godaddy - $8.50 a year!

Namecheap is also in the $8-$9 range and offers free redirection. They also work great!

Yeah I'd choose Namecheap over Godaddy any day... In fact I'm transferring one domain over right now :)

Ha ha! A fool and his money...
Although some newcomers have popped up over the past 12 months, Godaddy still dwarfs them all. Only total doofs need support for something as simple as a domain.

Zoobie,
Your reason for supporting Godaddy?---Because, they have so many domains regged?

Def. not. Domains are simple but its foolish not to expect an unforseen problem to arise. Go with namecheap dude.

I never had much of a problem until I forgot to renew a domain, then it disappears from the control panel. Thats just one of the few unforseen problems that can arise.
And yes Namecheap responds within minutes.
