need cheap domain redirect

Alright i have a host but the problem is i cant get my domain hosted, i want to get a domain redirect, can anyone list the cheapest ones, looking in the price range for $11 a year.

At www.namecheap.com you can register a domain for $8,88 a year (.com .net .org .us .biz .info, others a little more expensive). You get a control panel to control a frame redirect, noframe redirect, e-mail forwarding, subdomain redirects, etc. etc.
