Paid oemmail service?

Do you guys think that paid oemmail service is good if someone takes a lifetime subcription? or are there any other better paid services than oemmail with some free web space and extra features?
I need something cheap as I am a student.

Also, I wouldn't go for those 1 Time payment plans unless the company is very large. Even large company's fail as well from time to time.

I say this because the person who is offering this to you may close down one day, and well, you get the idea. =).

Yeah for one time fee i can pay almost 100 quids. But not sure about the yearly service. I just want to use it for personal and family use.
Someone can guide a very nice webhost with free pop email service and smtp server?
