why me can't use CGI at F2s.....cry ><

I have installed ubb6 and vb2 there. Worked well.
YOu should wait for one more day since the new account will usually be up next morning.

Have you read their FAQs? There are some CGI use info.

ye you may store your scripts on virtualave but page on others(with no adds)
and i have tested that the fastest is hypermart.(do not know is it true)

You'll need a credit card to sign up at virtualave though.
Since you're using F2S, I recommend you ditch UBB and get phpBB instead. Or you can try tForum, phorum, vBulliten, Blaze... etc. They all use PHP, and are quite easy to set up.
