I just sign up for a RaQ 4i from EFreeServers. The bandwidth itself is pretty cheap at $1.50 for 1GB. It's basically a 20 months rent to own program. I keep my RaQ for free after that, but I can leave at anytime by paying for the server. Their co-location is even cheaper with bandwidth at $1.00/1GB and everything else is free, including rackspace and IPs.

So far their service has been very courteous and quick. Has anyone been to their data center? I live in LA and plan visit them next week before committing to moving some of my other servers to them.

I still can't believe how cheap bandwidth is now these day. Here's the link -- http://www.efreeservers.com/
