I need those specs can someone help, i have tried grizzlyhost but they are no good becuse they do not allow uploading .css files!

99.9% uptime with no-ads? I don't think it exists... try the Host FAQ.

oh yer i forgot i need to be able to hosts .wmv's and .mp3's as the website is for a band:D
