looking for host w/ these specs (free)

I am looking for a host with the following specs:
(Required)

-No banner ads or popups(i am willing to put up text links or buttons)

-Free subdomain

-MySQL(2 DB's preferred)

-20 MB space(min.)

-Company is financially stable and wont go under in a month or so

-Nice/Competent Admin

-24/7 support(via forums, or otherwise)

-Can set up scripts ourselves

Well that's it. I realize u69/amz and microze fit these descriptions, but I have the following problems

u69: the admin is kind of mean, and no CPanel/Filemanager

microze: My site is not yet fully developed. I am planning to complete it this summer, but I need hosting 'till then.

Can anyone help me?

thanks for the reply.
I tried ish.biz. but they seem very unreliable with their support. Also, their Contorl panel is quite buggy. I submitted multiple problems to them, and have not gotten an answeryet(4 weeeks). IFthey concentrate on the service more, theyc ould make it a really good service :)
Any other suggestions?
