I think they only really deal in reselling and dedicated servers, but I've talked with Mike there a few times and he's always very fast to reply to anything I asked. If support is a major consideration I'd take a look there.

Hey, some people around here seem to have some heafty requirements for their hosting. I'm big on suggesting people try host themselves.
If you need NT/IIS 5.0 hosting ...
Windows 2000 Professional + Cable Modem will do the trick.
Its not difficult to arrange a static IP and DNS services with your upstream ISP.

Phrozen...
I don't agree - MOST ... Cable Hosts are more than willing for you to host - as long as they know your doing it - and YES, they will charge a bit more (although I know some that won't if they know its a non-profit site) ... Optus@Home for one.
Bandwidth is getting cheaper and cheaper - it won't be to much longer before PAD OC-192's will dominate on multi-homed networks - with no limitations as per throttled band etc.

Here's something for you to look at:

Thats running on my cable modem (500K) using AnlogX Simple Server.
It certainly works.
the only problem would be the reliability of the connection.
