I found this web hosting on the net
ICDSoft.com. Did anyone use them before?

I am looking at a low budget with domain registration web hosting. Any recommendation ?

Hey man, have you tried posting on http://www.webhostingtalk.com? They have a few more paid hosts in their forums and you get many offers pretty quick over there and you can always find people who can tell you if the hosting is good or not.
