There are lots of ways :0

First, http://www.dreamcastfun.com has some "guides" that tell you how to get Namezero and Juno and such to work with your Dreamcast. The following was also posted on a dreamcast board I frequent....

The people who made the Seganet ISP either don't know what the hell they're doing or they're just too lazy. If you have a copy of NFL2k1 or NBA2k1 or anything that says it gives you "50 fee hours of seganet", just sign up through that. I did that last December, and everytime I logon it still says "You have approximately 50 hours remaining". That was the one which worked for me :0
