CGI and PL extension problem

I have uploaded all my .cgi and pl files and when i try to use them i cant, this is one of the form i'm using with them. http://www.warriorsleague.f2s.com/no.shtml if you guys can't help me with that, they cgi are installed right, i try to use ikonboard and it put the samething

chmod, ascii upload? problem with src? Wrong perl path "usr/local/bin/perl"?

whats should the chmod be? they are set up at 755, and i uploaded them in asscc

I don't know if this has anything to do with it but it seems that the sendmail programs are not working on the f2s servers. I suppose this could be affecting other programs as well.

As stated in F2S's cgi faq, don't CHMOD scripts because they will not work. The file permissions are set automatically.
