Need cheap yearly cost host with 300+ Mb

Hi, as you can see this is my very first post on this forum, now i know some of you will tell me that i could've browse this forum or the internet to find the answer to my question, but i first want to see if i can find the answer quickly from the help of all of you.

Here's the problem, i have to make a simple web site for a friend of mine. He's a DJ and has numerous demos (more than 200 Mb) he wants to place online.

So here's what i'm looking for:

•300+ Mb
•FTP transfer
•No ads
•Cheap yearly cost (No monthly)
•Good Bandwith quota
•Based in Eastern USA or Canada

...and that's it, i don't need all the features most hosts will offer (PHP, CGI, JSP, MySQL, etc.). I just want a plain and simple host that i can pay every year and with a very good relyability.

Wow, i'm amaze at all the feedbacks i got within the last day. I'm still considering every offer. So far, the best offer i got was:

•500MB DS
•10GB Transfer BW
•All the rest i mentioned
•$34.00/year

But i will need more, like:

•What will be the URL of the webspace provided ?
•What is the cost of extra Bandwith (per Gb) or extra disk space ?
•Will i be able to keep the same provider if i register mydomain.com (DNS transfer) ?
•Will i get any kind of Tech Support ?

By the way, i still have to approve my choice by my DJ friend, who will be paying for his website after all.
