Generally cpanel is superior to plesk in terms of features, although i did enjoy using plesk, it's very well laid out and simple to navigate.
Ensim is also very popular, and it's what i have with my current host, generally it's quite good and has mostly all the features you would need but it looks so dated, like it was made in the 80's and has never been updated :S
I like horde for webmail

Believe me, it was not made in the 80's :p but I have heard it is dated. It's possible it was made as early as 1994, but I very much doubt any earlier.
My vote depends on what you're using it for. If you want to sub-host people, Plesk is da win :classic2: but if it's just you, cPanel :classic2:

Plesk has to be the most stable control panel. =P.
Although cpanel has a lot of features, as a host, it causes so many problems.
Also, there are skins available to make your ensim look nice. =).
Horde is also my fav. as far as webmail.

I would have to say cpanel, because ensim and plesk just lack the features and for mail, squirrelmail.

I don't like horde as it always ask me to login twice before I can read my mail.
I don't like NeoMail too, as it don't support chinese.

The problem for cpanel on the admin side it, it creates a lot of apache generations.
Although this can be fixed if the admin knows what he is doing, it's still a very small risk people shouldn't look over.
I agree, cPanel has to be the most user-friendly control panel and I would prefer it myself, but I would have to know that the server admins know what the problem is, and that they know how to avoid apache crashes.
