Whats the best CPM sponsor?

I need a good CPM sponsor for my site. Right now I am making $8 CPM using two pop ups. I would like to use banners instead of pop ups. If you know a good one please tell me. I am looking for as much money as I can get. If I can't find anything good i'll just have to stick with the pop ups.

I know this isn't an answer to your post but...
