After two weeks of using Excelland and over 45 hours of the site being down, we're looking to move again. I saw the site, 1avenue.com listed on the page and it looks good, but I'm tired of moving and the host not living up to standards. So, does anyone have any experience with them?

Where on their site do they talk about signing up for free web-hosting or do they not do not do that? It really irks me to go to a site and have to click on every option they list tosearch for something that should be upfront and easy to find.

The hosting page is easy to find!! After you've entered the site (which means you've clicked on "Enter") there's some pretty large words up at the top that says "Free Webspace" or something like that. Click on that, and you'll know what to do.
