Think they are all dump, but .*.kg domains you can register in English.

There are lots of second level domains that are very cheap like .co.uk (or even .uk.co which you can pick up for about $8 per 2 years).

I recently bought corp.nu so if anyone (and I know I am going to regret this......) wants a domain off that they can send me their hosts name server details along with their choice of name.corp.nu and I will delegate one.
