Their shared hosting is a somewhat higher priced but hey support and realibility wise, they are excellent. Some people doesn't mind paying that much if their support/services are real good. If you are a corporate making a few hundreds thousand a year, would you host your site with rackshack or verio :rolleyes:

Besides, you are comparing two different things. It's the same as comparing a BMW with a Hyundai :)

They have been around since 1996 with hundreds of thousands of customers. They must have done something right since with that pricing, they still get tons of customers each day :)
