Freespeech or digitalrice?

I have have a freespeech account, free, no ads, 25mg, well you know...but i oftenly have trouble loading my page or uploading etc. So i went on digitalrice.com for another free webhosting account. Do i make a good deal?

I agree, verry good. But it's allready the seconde time I dump them. First F2S, now barrysworld. Next tile I need a host, I'm going to them, but then I'll probly dump them again for some other host.
