Gb's will be like MBs - That cuz Diablo 3 will be 1.2 TB large.

CDs so powerful you can play a movie of 2 hours 1000 times constent - That movie file will be much clearer, therefore taking up 1000 times the space. So the CD will still only fit 2 hrs.

I was thinking CDs would get replaced by some unbreakable waterproof fire-resistant thing the size of stamps.

CD's will likely be replaced by DVD's, and that is for everything. Movies, Music, Video Games, Computer Software, in 5-10 years it will likely all come out on DVD.

CD's can only fit 18 minutes of DVD-quality video, and 74 minutes of VHS-quality video.
