Support: The support given by the staff at total-host.net is great. They are responsive and friendly, even when it isn't a problem on their end.

Uptime: So far, neither my visitors or I have experienced any downtime.

Speed: Only during peak hours, I will experience any slow down, otherwise, the site loads quickly.

Service Quality: Overall, the service is very good. I believe that those who use total-host.net's services in the future (and those currently using total-host ;) ) will be truely satisfied.

Yes it is, at the moment, they are upgrading their servers, so my site is down. :p

It seems that they have some trouble on the server my site is on. I wouldn't know why you get a "suspend screen" northwind, I wouldn't know offhand nor have I asked. (I'm patient, and a little trouble for the first time in all the time I've been with them is okay for me)
