I have no idea what it's about but it looks ok to me :)
My first thought was that a background could add something though, it's showing as grey for me right now. Either a background colour or image would look better. :)
Also the left table (with the navigation links) should be vertically top-aligned in some pages (like "Cooking pot").

Your site looks like some kind of gaming/SCA/Dungeons & Dragons site. I'm not sure exactly what it is about and its not obvious how to find out. Going to 'home' didn't help at all.
The layout looks nice, as far as I went.
If it's a site for those few who know what the site is about, then I'd give it a thumbs up. If you want to increase your viewership on line, I'd put a short "This site is about..." statement on your home page, with a link to a fuller explaination.

Looks fine. But could ask you how much space this website takes? I am just curious because I was thinking of putting a page on portland as well and I wasn't sure if it would manage.

ugg.. dont host at portland, servers are slow as hell and bandwidth is only 100 mb per month :(

all of my files together is around 100kb if you still wanted to know :)
