Hiya, i'm looking for the following:

* at least 25 meg
* able to run CGI, SSI, Perl 5,
* MySQL-Database
* prefered: no adds, but if it are foot-ads i can live with it, but i deffinetly don't want pop-ups
* Oh, and it gotta be fast, and stable, but deff fast.

Any suggestions ?

http://www.f2s.com is the best your going to get for free. they have no ads.

Well they're slow to all of us here in the States cause they're UK based.

Its around the best u can get, u could try Datablocks but they r hell slow.

Well, Canada has less communication traffic, becuase well....a lot fewer people clogging lines. And they have the best communication system in the world(cause there aren't any complicated webs, just a straight line 100 kms north of US-Can border). And they are part of the Commonwealth, not the Confederation. That would mean we were part of the United Kingdom, if we were part of their Conderation.

Suggestions for a host like that? Well, we'd all like that! Netcabins may be good, after the relaunch. They will have some sort of ad though, which is good.(You know why). NC will have all that though, right? Digitalrice might...Not too many other choices that I know of.

well, digital rice seems to b having its own share of probs lately, my sql for my account was f*cked up for some reason
