DigitalRice.. I've used them in the past but they screwed me over. Are they any better now?

They sure were down for a short time, but that was because of server upgrade and lot's of other changes. They have win 2000 with IIS - not the best of combinations but the speed is better than f2s. And good support, they even install ikonboard for you if you can't figure it out yourself.
