File Sharing/Store; Very high bandwith limit; at least 3mb upload limit -Please Read

I'm searching for a host along the lines of the above and below:
Free File Host/Share/Storage with a Very High Bandwidth limit and, at the very least, a 3 mb or so file size limit per upload (if there is none, then the better but I doubt there would be any out there without some sort of restriction).

And lastly, file type restrictions DO NOT matter, so if you know of any Hosts that provide something along the lines of the above, post it here won't you?

Also, at least 10MB storage space would be great.
A simple Host would be fine, doesn't need MYSQL or anything other than those things specified above.

can host more than 3MB (i tried-hosted 10MB video)
i tried host .ZIp and it works
