phpBB f2s/freesql.org prob

i have a little prob.

i have my webspace @ f2s and my mysql account at freesql.org.

when i try to install the board, i get an error msg after a long loading time, with an mysql error.

somebody any ideas?!

i also didnt succed to build database on freesql.
ghuntress@mediaone.net this is their support mail.
i have accessed my acount at freesql but didnt suceed to build phpbb.
but at f2s it was easy.

in install instruction.. i must chmod file like this 'chmod a+w file.ext'
but as i know in my ftp client (cuteftp) there only digital chmod.
can some1 explain to me
