BigSiteCity--anyone used it?

I signed up for it last night, and it seemed fast enough. But, today as I was gonna update page more (fix links etc, since I just moved the page last night), it's down. Anyone that have used that site here and have had the same problem? If it's down a lot, I don't really wanna use it (shocker, eh?).
