Freewebsites.com allows ROMs and Emulators for defunct systems and offer enough to run such a site you get 50 megs, FTP, SSI, Form Mail and a subdomain. Plus they have a nice ad system which allows you to have this 'email pop-up' which will pop-up once a day being you have cookies on. Just thought this would help a few of you.
