How can I put a movie in a webpage?

I have a small clip which I want to share with my family. How can I put it in a webpage so when they click the link...windows media player opens and plays the movie?

or else how can I stream it in windows media player?

well, I think, I am not too sure, but if you have uploaded the video, and link to it, WMP will open when they click on it (after it loads), or if they right click on it, they can download it. I am not sure, but I think that will work.
