Free DNS Hosting

I need a free DNS host..Primary and Secondary..
I need to be able to control my DNS file rawly..like..make my own..instead of using some control panel..lol..i need it like GraniteCanyon does..but i dont want to use GraniteCanyon because they are too unstable and takes too long for the updates to go through.

Seems like DCpro is a rip off. I don't relly know what you mean by rawly, but I think hn.org does that, right?
