Transfering from NameZero. Need help please!

I want to transfer my domain from Namezero. I need a host that I can transfer my domain to, that has free URL and e-mail forwarding and also offers a 5-10 mb (prefferably 10mb) e-mail service that will allow me to recieve and send mails using my domain name. Pretty much, I want the services that come with Namezero, however I don't want to deal with Namezero anymore. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Two things you want:

1. Another place that will manage your domains. I recommend you transfer to www.namecheap.com then.
2. A host. I recommend myself then. :) For $3.50 a month I can provide you with a large mailbox and even 2gb transfer hosting. PM me if your interested.
