Hmm not bad, but some suggestions:

1. Don't use Times New Roman font, looks horrible.
2. Don't use visited links, because it looks uh funny or whatever you call it, it just doesn't feel right. I've never fancied such stuff.

Hmm, maybe use a nicer looking font? No offense, but using Times New Roman seems amateur.
