What's the best (in your opinion) of those all-in-one messengers?

Trillian doens't support multi-language... I need an app that does.

Multi-language support, as un, full UNICODE support.

No, I knew that but does he want the INTERFACE to support more than one language or the messages? I know Trillian supports German and French, because I've used it before to annoy my friends (Google Translator rules), but I don't know if it'll show up correctly if the other person isn't using Trillian. Don't know about asian languages.

I called it a B-like character, meaning it resembles a B. I had no idea how it was pronounced.

Those are still ASCII letters. You can do them via Alt codes, however, more oriental characters wouldn't work.
