Free Remote mySQL hoster?

Hi everyone, I was wondering, where can I find a free remote mySQL DB hoster. I dont mean ones that comes with web space. I mean remote db host. Thanks in advance, there was two in mind, but I forgot the urls.

It's like you make me a mySQL DB, I use it at another host, I upload something, such as forums, to my space, and then I remote LINK your mySQL and therefore using it.

www.freesql.org don't allow forums . If you have other script then this is good.
