why to stay away from datastreamUSA !

I had an account at datastreamusa for one of my firiends. last days he told me that his site is not working. I checked and found that the account at datastreamusa is not present any more so emailed them and asked what happened and the answer is

"A few days ago we lost our Backbone to the internet. We had to use our
backup datacenter in Texas. Since we didn't know this was going to happen,
it took a few days for the DNS to update to the new servers.

We have all new servers now behind CISCO PIX Firewalls.

We have re set your account on the new server, but because of the down time
, we are unable to restore your files at the same time of setup.

We are very sorry this happened, but we are doing everything in our power to
get you back up.

If you still want your account re set up on one of our new servers, please
let us know."

ahh so funny. they lost my account and and now ask me if I want to them to reset it ! the site is now not working. they sey they resetup it but not ! I asked them if they have the backup of my files but NO ANSWER at all.

I of course will not go with them again and I advise to all to stay away from them.
