I'm looking for the cheapest domain possible that has all the features that most registrars offer. Most preferred price would be around $5 - $7/ a year (I read in another thread that .us's go for $5.). Also, I would like to know if there are any places I could get .co.uk's from that accept USD. Thanks in advanced.:)

Just in case you did not know.

If your paying by credit card you do not need to find somewhere that accepts USD. You can pay in any currency and it will be converted for you.

Yes paypal too.
Any service can take money from your credit card in any currency, its automatically converted into your local currency by your card company.
