As we know there's always a huge amount of people looking for free hosting just for forums, and because they often don't bring much traffic and use loads of resources it's hard to find.
There's invisionfree.com but people moan that you're restricted in the options for customising your board.
Well i just installed an openbb board http://openbb.com and i have to say i'm impressed :classic2:
setup was simple (5 minutes) and the amount of options available is amazing, from the control panel you can edit every single piece of html page by page, from the main layout right down to the page people would see if there banned, so you can customise the board however you like.
But the main reason for this post is they offer great free hosting at http://obbhost.com
200mb storage, 5gb bandwidth, unlimited databases and even cpanel 6
so, if you're one of the many people hunting for a host for a phpbb or invision board, it's a great sollution for you :D
