OK, 2 problems.
The internet is completely fux0rd. I've released and renewed my IP's at least 201,423,816 times. I'm thinking its my router, but a lot of sites seem to be down, I'll see what happnes next week.
2nd problem.
Why the fuc|< does my computer keep rebooting when I login? Sometimes it takes me up to 5 tries to log in succesfully, and sometimes it works the first time, but explorer goes and rapes itself. Is this a sign to format and install all over again?
I have an AMD Athlon Xp 2100+ which may be overheating, but I doubt it. My computer also complains about memory thats screwed, but I've run a few RAM tests and they've come up with no errors.
Any help?

When was the last time you formated and reinstalled?
What OS you running?
You downloaded and installed any Windows Updates lately?
Have you installed any new drivers/software lately?
Yeah umm answer them :p.

I last formatted and reinstalled a good 2-4 months ago.
Windows XP Professional with SP1
I've installed all the critical windows updates because I just let MS do what it wants to do, and some miscellaneous updates here and there.
Umm, I've installed the new NVidia Detonator drivers 1-2 weeks ago, but this problem has been around way before that, I'm just sick and tired of it now.

Its a friggin hassle, and i don't enjoy moving all my stuff back to my hdd, installing tons of things, and customizing windows all over again.
Although the internet appears to b working again.
Today When i logged in, it rebooted.
When it came back up it loaded successfully, but internet explorer had a problems.
I rebooted again.
This time I got a st00pid message from norton AV, and explorer saying something was screwed, although everything else seems to be fine.

I'd suggest a reformat judging by what you said above. I usually format every few months, it keeps my machine in tip top shape. I'd say it is the best idea.

Yeah, I usually format twice a year instead of trying to fix things...
I'll do it in a few weeks just before my next LAN Party! W00t!

It may be from your PSU.
How big is your PSU?

big?
well its 300watts.. and its on a UPS, because the st00pid local power company was pumping 2 much power and it fried my PSU 3-4 times in the one week.

hmm i bet you do, but then again you are not suffering under a paltry 3GB Cap. But yeah, i love my computer running as good as it can, and nothing is as good as a fresh install.

lol you think bruce has a lot, i have everyone of his albums, and every single song of his. My favourite Wierd Al albums are "Running with scissors" and "Bad Hair Day" <- Buy them if you can, they rock. if you cant buy them, then download one of his songs called "Jerry Springer".

Im gonna stick with my advice to reformat, id suggest backing up any needed files, then reformat. It's 100% guaranteed to fix the problem.
