A friend of mine found a child porn site earlier chased off yahoo at un home.sk address.

Any Slovakian guys here that can understand the TOS at the host's site?
http://www.home.sk/

We want to know if it's any use to report them.

/* I deleted the URL to the child porn site since I realized it wasn't that smart to post it */

I know http://www.mujweb.cz hosts child porn and doesn't do anything if you report it... This home.sk is probably the same way... The czech and slovak governments are known for not doing anything about it... There's really nothing you can do...

I would immediately notify with the Central Intelligence Agency and Federal Bureau of Investigations (The FBI Now does International Work). It would turn up the best results since the CIA is mainly involved in shutting down international cases... The Czech Government I heard is starting to crack down on this, but the Slovak Goverment I don't know about.

The problem for the slovenian website is that in Slovenia there are no age limits on beer, cigarettes, or consensual sex. So there is isn't really child porn, just porn.

Hi,
I have some friends in slovenia, that might help you.
I'll try to get her to translate the TOS. I'm sure she wants to stop childporn.

Thanks guys. I hadn't noticed this thread was still active. Admin locked the other one so I just assumed this was locked too.
We reported the site at a couple of places and it seems to be down. Hopefully they will lose some money and customers if nothing else.

Even though the Slovenian Government has no age limit on certain things, you could get these people tried in the Tribunal in Italy where many cases like this one are happening from foreign countries. I congrulate you, and Police Authorities in the Republic of Slovenia will be pressured into making arrests. You should also send an immediate demand to the Slovenia Government... they may ignore it, but it is the only thing probable that I see in shutting further cases down.

Sorry to burst everyone's bubble, but child pornography has an outlet in the United States and such too... many pornographical sites call underage girls "lolitas", which specifically is nude art and that there are laws saying that these girls can not have photos taken in sexually explicit positions, etc...

Well, as you can imagine, that law is broken a LOT. You really can't stop child pornography...Sorry for bursting everyone's bubbles.

I don't think anybody thinks it's possible to stop child pornography. If course it isn't. As little as it's possible to stop criminality or drugs or whatever. I don't think that means that one should turn one's face away and just let it pass. This was concerning one specific site, not the child porn business at large. It wasn't a Lolita site. The average age was closer to 5 than 15. Perhaps no kid is saved by this. But to at least disturb business for a site like that is better than nothing.

What do you have against drugs? Are you trying to get http://www.hightimes.com shut down?

I've found sevral more that should be shut down. most are actually hosted on tripod or nbci. In fact i came across a whole linklist. I ahve reported all the nbci ones, but im not sure if it will do any good.

Don't think they actively look for porn sites but they take them down once someone reports them.
